About

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is a short term therapy, ranging from eight to twenty sessions. This will be discussed and agreed upon, before and during therapy on a mutual basis. Sessions last for fifty minutes.

I have had twenty five years of experience of working in the voluntary, statutory, and private sectors. I have worked with chronic illness, mental illness, carers issues and gendered based violence. I have extensive experience in the recovery from trauma, including domestic abuse, childhood sexual abuse, rape and sexual assault. I have gained a wide range of therapeutic tools and interventions to use in recovery.
